Johnson 15hp - get it serviced, maybe swap for a new 20HP to better match the new dinghy
Outfitting
Ground Tackle - have a new Mantis anchor as well as the older danforth style anchor. Already have chain, but will replace the nylon line
Rigging - will need to work new lifting harness

Motor - Momentum M10 Electric Motor
As things are taking longer than planned and the dealer for the dingy needed the space back, we moved the dingy to the yard only to discover that it really wasn't sealed to be left outside for an extended period. The valves for the pontoons were left open and they had started to fill with water. We had to stick a hose in and pump them out.
